Your Real Estate broker will submit an optimized and accurate property listing to the MLS. Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) is the MLS of choice for United. This works with our online syndication systems in dispersing the property listing across multiple websites and platforms such as Realtors Property Resource (RPR), Realtor.com, Upstream, Apartments.com, Zillow, Trulia, etc.

Even though we live in a digital age, traditional marketing is still effective, and we implement certain traditional marketing tactics such as open house notices, street signage, targeted mailers, and e-blasts to the real estate community. Property Tour Reports

We are changing the game by having our brokers provide property Tour Reports shortly after a showing is conducted which includes a list of the most recent showing dates and times and the attendees feedback on the property, as well as gauging their level of interest.

Showings

Home showings are a necessary part of selling. A showing is a private viewing of your home and an open house is a more public one. When your home is on the market it is important to maintain cleanliness and during showings which is why we recommend keeping your home “showing ready” while its listed for sale. Having your home “showing ready” will save you from having to turn down showing requests due to a messy sink or unmade bed (however it is always your decision and right to approve or decline a showing).

Offers & Negotiations

When a buyer is interested in purchasing your home, their real estate agent will draw up an offer that your real estate broker will present to you. When offers roll in United will review them to ensure that the potential buyer is financially qualified and to ensure you work with a serious buyer. Your real estate broker will negotiate on your behalf and mediate counteroffers until a mutual agreement can be reached. Any contingencies or sale condition amendments that are proposed will be explained in detail to protect our client’s interest and help you to achieve the best deal possible.
